WHAT TO WEAR? 

 

Clothing:

Make sure everyone is dressed in colors that compliment each other. You'll want to avoid bright florescent color's and busy pattern's or anything with logos or emblems.The goal of any portrait session is to stand out, not to blend in. With that in mind choose color's that will make you pop (if your session is in a big open field in the middle of summer, wearing green would not accomplish our goal of making you stand out).

WHAT TO BRING?

 

For family and/or children sessions: outfit changes, a drink, favorite toy, special stuffed animal. Please make sure your little one has been fed and had a nap before the photo session for a more comfortable and positive experience.

 

NO CAMERAS ALLOWED IN STUDIO ie: camera phones, I-pads, tablets, etc. Please respect the photographer hired. 

HOW TO BOOK A DATE? 

 

Just let me know you would like to book a photo shoot session, what dates work best for you and what type of session you are looking for. You can use the "contact me" tab, e-mail me SouthernBellePhotographyOB@gmail.com, or just call me 901.239.4342

 

A deposit is required for all sessions. Requested date/time are not booked until retainer is paid. If a time and date are requested, retainer invoice is sent via PayPal withing 24 hours (depending on availability). Retainer MUST be paid within 48 hours. All retainer fees are considered services rendered and are NON-REFUNDABLE.

WHEN WILL I GET MY PHOTOS?

 

My usual turn around is about 2-3 weeks from the shooting date depending on my availability. Pictures will be professionally edited, color corrected(if needed), some offered in black & white and all in high resolution. I will usually post a sneak peek photo of the session on my website and/or Facebook page within 48 hours of your session pending approval and a signed release. An in person viewing/ordering session will be scheduled immediatly after your session. Rush delivery options are available. 

 

 

 

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL FEES/CHARGES?

 

 

Yes, other than your initial session fee, and items included in your desired package, prints and digitals are sold A LA CARTE with discounts available. Wall collections available for ordering during ordering session ONLY.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE?

Rescheduling is permitted within 30 days of original session date, after which the deposit will be forfeited.  

 

Weather disclaimer: Session will be rescheduled for the following weekend(depending on photographers availibility)
